Choosing the right place for your precious little child is a challenge therefore free introductory sessions are available where parents are very welcome to stay and ‘sample the goods!’ Appointments can be pre-arranged and booked for anytime between 9am and 3pm.
A deposit of £30 is required to secure a place. This will be credited to your child’s final fee payment. The deposit is non-refundable should your child not attend.
Fees are payable in advance, on the first day of the weekly session and full fees are charged for any weeks missed or shortened by absence.
Fees do not apply for the 6 weeks that nursery is closed, however if closure is due to unavoidable situations such as bad weather, fees must still be paid and time in lieu will be given. Full fees apply for holidays taken outside of the 6 weeks.
Children qualify for the Nursery Education Grant the term after their 3rd birthday. We claim this on your behalf and adjust the fees you pay accordingly. The nursery will discuss details with you at the appropriate time.
For information on help with childcare costs through Tax Credits you can contact the Inland Revenue 0845 300 3900.
We accept most of the vouchers/BACS schemes used by employers/parents who are paying childcare costs before tax and NI deductions.
Please ring on Thursday’s and speak to the Secretary Mrs Rachel Pears on 01457 820485 for any financial queries .
