Set in the enchanting rural Saddleworth village of Lydgate, our traditional stone farmhouse has been recently refurbished and adapted to house ‘little ones’ in the early years age group.

The accommodation is on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a spacious classroom, a large workshop in the conservatory, a kitchen, an office and toilets.  Upstairs in the ‘Piccolinis Tree-house’ there is a playroom, sleep-area, learning room, kitchen and baby change for babies from 0 to 2 years.

Also, we have a spacious annex building and access to Lydgate Parish Hall and grounds. 
Externally, we have a large learning area to the side and have mature gardens for children to explore.  We are also fortunate to be in a conservation area and often visit local farms, go on country walks and picnic in the park.
